The fully automatic bobbinless coil winding machines produce the self-supporting
coils(e.g.VCM coils, actuator coils, speaker coils, RFID-Tag coil, antenna
coils, general bobbinless coils, etc) with perfect layer winding feature.

The custom-built automated winding machines are
classified into (a) the outer rotor winder designed to make the type of coil
used as spindle motor on floppy disk drives; (b) the brush less cap motor
winding machine producing pager coils used on mobile phones; and, (c) the
tracking coil winding machine which generates the optical pick-up coil used on
many of today's advanced electronics such as CD-ROM, DVD, MD, etc.
The bobbin winders ranges from multi-spindle, and
bench-top single spindle models hat has front or side loading versions with
tailstock options. There is also a single spindle model that applies to a
maximum wire size of up to 3.5 mm (.137").
The soldering machines are table top semi-automatic models
and are mainly designed for general transformer applications.
